Research Interest

My interests broadly span social cognition and the processes underlying social interactions. My research combines mobile neuroimaging techniques with extended reality to investigate these questions in dynamic and immersive environments. Other areas of interest also include the maternal brain and increasing the visibility of Black neuroscientists through a non-profit a co-founded, Black In Neuro.

Prior Experience

I completed my PhD at Aston University in Birmingham, UK, where I combined EEG and virtual reality to investigate joint attention between participants and virtual humans. As a postdoc, I started in the Before and After Baby Lab and focused on the psychological risk of Black and white mothers from pregnancy to childbirth.

Personal Interests

I am an avid Yorkshire Tea drinker and support Man United.
